Set in the Canadian wilderness, the plucky folks at 131XR got to review Tracked: Shoot to Survive prior to launch, finding plenty to like, even if the gameplay doesn’t quite live up to the name.

Until the day of release actually arrived. Reviews have been mostly negative – some did say it was fun at points – pointing to a largely poor experience. Last week VR developer Incuvo released a rather tasty DLC expansion for Green Hell VR. Doubling the size of the game – for free – is certainly a boon for fans. But it’s not the update they’re after. As previously reported, the studio teased a plan followed by confirmation of a co-op mode earlier this year. Now there’s a bit more info, with the unsurprising news that it’ll arrive in the new year.

Green Hell VR is available now for the leading VR platforms, including PSVR 2 and Meta Quest. Both platforms have recently received significant updates, with Green Hell VR on PSVR 2 benefitting largely from the power of the PlayStation 5. Developer Incuvo say that they have been listening to players’ comments and consistently working on fixes. The latest Green Hell VR update makes efforts to prove this.
