In VR it’s still rare as we tend to see flatscreen games ported to headsets instead. However, that’s exactly what Mighty Eyes is doing with Wanderer. The time-travelling adventure has been overhauled into Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate, which is out today for PSVR 2 and Meta Quest headsets.

This week VR studio Might Eyes confirmed a June release date for its remake of Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate. Coinciding with the PSVR 2 anniversary, the announcement came with a new gameplay trailer. This showcased the visual overhaul and various new mechanics. However, quietly revealed at the end was a sequel tease for Wanderer 2: The Seas of Fortune.

A clever time travel game with escape-room-style puzzles, it was quite surprising to hear in June that it would be getting a remake. Now titled Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate, that initial reveal was for PlayStation VR 2 and PC VR headsets. Now it has been confirmed a Meta Quest 2 version is in the works too.
