Most VR co-op games tend to go down the normal route of online matchmaking. However, not all choose this route. There are some that throw caution to the wind to focus on a unique multiplayer experience. Titles like Acron: Attack of the Squirrels and Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes come to mind. Joining this rarefied list this week will be a new puzzle game, Elsewhere Electric.

Elsewhere Electric
Created by indie team Games by Stitch, Elsewhere Electric is an immersive puzzler specifically designed for two people. Sent to a mysterious facility by your bosses to get it back online, you soon discover its secrets and what lurks within.
To succeed, one player is in VR, exploring the facility, discovering puzzles, and sharing what they can see. The second player assists via a free mobile app. But they are no mere sidekick. The facility is a dangerous maze, filled with cryptic puzzles, environmental and invisible creatures. These can only be overcome through communication and cooperation, with each player possessing separate parts to the puzzles.
Elsewhere Electric comes from the same team behind Flow Weaver, another intricate puzzle title.
