All the New VR Games Coming in August 2024

Traditionally, August has always been the slowest month for videogames. Everyone’s outside enjoying the summer weather, going on holiday and generally doing stuff. Plus it’s right before the peak holiday season when all the major titles plan their rollout. Even so, some studios see this as an opportunity, knowing they have less competition. So here are all the new VR games arriving in August.

As you can see from the selection below, over 20 titles are arriving this month. From early access indie games like Pixel Dungeon to military FPS sequel Zero Caliber 2. VR veterans nDreams is porting its action-packed shooter Fracked over to Meta Quest at the end of the month. Whilst Arcade Paradise VR goes the opposite way, heading to PCVR 2 and SteamVR.
