Glassbreakers Beta Hits Steam

Glassbreakers: Champions of Moss is an interesting spin-off from the popular VR exclusive series, Moss. The game is promising to bring players back into the world with entirely new gameplay mechanics. And now, you can try it for yourselves, as a Glassbreakers beta has launched on Steam.

Glassbreakers: Champions of Moss is a real-time battler inspired by the Moss universe. Here, players face-off in 1v1 matches with a squad of three Champions. Each Champion comes with their own set of special abilities, making teams unique and bringing an endless variety to gameplay.

Both Moss and Moss: Book II were very well received at launch. The games have won numerous awards, and are often considered some of the best VR titles currently available. Whether or not a third title is on the way is not currently known, but developer Polyarc is clearly keen on expanding their unique world.

The game was initially revealed without a title back in March. More details were later revealed in the summer, including that official name, Glassbreakers: Champions of Moss. No official launch date for the game has been announced, but developer Polyarc hopes to reach that point ‘within six months’.
