- Boy Scout – Kill an enemy
- Extrovert – Visit all three NPCs in the Hub / Menu
- Untouchable – Complete a stage without taking any damage
- Bullseye – Achieve a head stab
- Survivor – Play in the Arena
- Hellfire – Use the Hellfire sword’s special ability
Silver
- Barbarian – Kill 50 enemies
- Madman – Kill 200 enemies
- The Collector – Unlock all weapons and shields
- The Heavyweight – Unlock all armors and helmets
- God Mode – Use all five boss swords at least once
Gold
- The Champion #1 – Defeat the Knight Boss
