New Mixed Reality Trailer Drops for Peaky Blinders: The King’s Ransom

With less than two weeks to go until Peaky Blinders: The King’s Ransom launches, a new mixed-reality trailer has arrived.

Aiming to showcase how immersed players will become in early 20th-century Birmingham, the video showcases more gameplay and the characters in action.

Peaky Blinders: The King's Ransom

Step inside iconic locations such as Garrison Lane and hear stars Cillian Murphy and Paul Anderson reprise their roles. Because you’re now part of the Shelby gang, involved in a crime drama with other gangs and dangerous enemies.

“It’s hard to convey to those currently without a VR headset just how much the experience in a game like Peaky Blinders: The King’s Ransom differs from other action adventure games out there,” said Tim Jones, Game Director at Maze Theory in a statement. “We wanted to create a trailer that brings that advantage to life, in much the same way that we set out to bring the world of the Shelbys to life.”

Additionally, the studio will demo the videogame at two upcoming events. PAX East in Boston, US from 23rd to 26th March and WASD Live in London, UK from 30th March to 1st April 2023.

Peaky Blinders: The King’s Ransom will launch for Meta Quest 2 and PICO 4 on Thursday, 9th March 2023. Priced at £24.99/€29.99/$29.99. Quest 2 owners can wishlist the game now, whilst PICO 4 players can download a demo.
