Steam Next Fest is the bi-annual celebration of upcoming indie games, where players can access hundreds of free demos. Virtual reality developers also like to take part. In this summer’s festival, there are over 30 demos to enjoy across a range of genres between now and 26th June 2023.
With almost 1300 demos available for the next week getting through them all will be a tough task. Thankfully, the 33 VR demos are a far easier collection to sample. Most are indie titles you might not have heard of before but there are some prominent games on the roster. Games like Retropolis 2: Never Say Goodbye, Tea for God and Davigo are all present.
As all these VR demos are part of Steam Next Fest most of them don’t have a release date at the moment. Most are “coming soon” but some, like Hellsweeper VR do have a launch date.
