Released in 2025, Superposition NULL’s UnLoop proved that the time-looping puzzle genre still has a place in VR. If it’s been on your wishlist but you’ve been holding off awaiting a price reduction, XRSource has good news! UnLoop has now seen a permanent price drop across all supported platforms.

New Price, Same Loop
Such is the VR industry of late – what with all the free-to-play games available – developers do at times look at readjusting their games’ price point.
“Let’s be real, our past-selves had absolutely lost the plot when they set that original price,” says Anastasia, producer and co-author at Superposition NULL. “Gamers shouldn’t have to go broke to play UnLoop. Since we can’t travel back in time to slap our past-selves’ asses, a permanent price drop is the next best thing.”
Previously retailing for $24.99 USD, that means you can now pick up UnLoop for its new low price of $17.99 (£14.99 GBP). Which is a hefty chunk off the price, so what are you waiting for? UnLoop is available for Meta Quest, SteamVR and Pico headsets.
Have you UnLooped?
If you’ve not come across UnLoop before, it’s a puzzle game with a time-looping, infinite-lives sort-of twist. The idea is that you’re infiltrating a space station when an anomaly occurs. This means that you can then replicate yourself as many times as required to get through the station’s series of challenges.
These start off fairly simply, but you’ll soon find multiple copies are needed, each one performing a different task to progress.
No New Content?
The new permanent price drop is certainly a boon for players looking for a new puzzle game. Superposition NULL has rolled out several deals, discounts and bundles during the course of 2026, but there hasn’t been any new content for a while.
The last to arrive was the 1.1.0 “More Time To Spy” update in December 2025, which included 25+ new levels, the Portable Shield and the Heavy Turret, and a storyline continuation. Hopefully, we’ll see more loopy puzzles before the end of the year.
