UnLoop Gameplay
UnLoop is a puzzle game with a unique twist. You are given an infinite amount of lives, and with each you must activate part of a procedure to enable the next to push further into the level. Puzzles are based around the idea that each life you use must complete a set task to enable to the next to get further access, i.e. opening a door or flipping a switch. The game grows significantly in complexity and you push further into the puzzles, with some becoming real brain teasers.
Our friends over at 131XR delivered an UnLoop review at launch, which you can watch in full in the video embedded below.
New UnLoop Update Details
As stated above, the new UnLoop update, More Time To Spy, adds 20+ new levels, alongside two new mechanics: Portable Shield and Heavy Turret, as well as advancing the game’s storyline.
The ‘Palanx’ shield will help you and your copies get through the new Repair Conduits station area, protecting you against previously impenetrable security measures. With this new defensive tool at your disposal, you’ll face more challenging puzzles involving turrets (including the tough new Heavy one), lasers and electricity-conducting bullseye targets.
As far as the story is concerned, the rogue copy which trapped you at the end of the previous chapter is now in command of the station, and has stolen your precious data. It’s up to you to chase the rogue copy into the Repair Conduits, a new sector of the station featuring challenging new puzzles and more insight into the history of the Temporal Research Hub.
UnLoop: More Time to Spy also features plenty of fixes and improvements to the base game alongside the new content.

Availability
Launching today, the new UnLoop update is available for Meta Quest, PICO and PC VR headsets. There’s still no word on a PSVR 2 launch at present.
