Earlier this year, popular VR puzzler Puzzling Places made the leap from Meta Quest to Steam. In doing so, it broadened it’s appeal by supporting flatscreen gaming. Recently, Realities.io Inc expanded the Steam edition, adding more premium puzzles and ways to buy the game on Steam.

New Puzzle Packs
If you’ve already purchased Puzzling Places on Steam, and you want more puzzles to solve, you have two choices. The first is purchasing the nine new single premium puzzles which retail for £1.99 GBP each:

These packs typically contain between four to six puzzles, so check each one before purchasing.
New Editions
In addition to the new puzzles for existing players, if you’ve been interested in buying Puzzling Places on Steam there are now two new edition available.
The Starter Edition comes with the base game and a curated selection of colourful and accessible fan-favourite puzzles like: The King’s Port, A Painter’s Dream, Our Planet Earth and several more. You also have the choice of the Premium Edition which includes those in the Start Edition plus a collection of the new premium puzzles.
Puzzling Places Expansion
After a period in Early Access, Puzzling Places originally launched for Meta Quest in 2021. Since then, it has become one of the most beloved puzzle experiences on the platform, with a huge array on puzzles (both free and paid) available for it.
This is why it’s made several of XRSource’s ‘Best of’ lists, including Best Cozy VR Games, Most Underrated PSVR 2 Games and Best Puzzle Games in VR.
