When Psytec Games launched Titan Isles in September for Meta Quest and SteamVR, it instantly became one of our favourite games of 2025. At the time, the studio also mentioned plans for a PSVR 2 release, but didn’t specify a timeframe. Well, now we have that too, with Titan Isles hitting PSVR 2 next week.

Titan Isles on PSVR 2
Psytec Games confirmed on its X account that Titan Isles will be released for PSVR 2 on 24th February 2026.
Furthermore, the game will make use of PSVR 2’s additional features, with players enjoying 120 fps if they own a PS5 Pro, while on PS5 it’ll be 90 fps. Eye-tracked foveated rendering will be enabled, and so will adaptive trigger support. Meaning the game will look great, and the weapons will feel a bit more realistic, with their own resistances. And for those who own a bHaptics vest, that support is also included.
Lastly, because Titan Isles includes co-op multiplayer, the PSVR 2 edition will have cross-platform support.
A Superb Action-Adventure
As mentioned, when our partners at 131XR reviewed Titan Isles for Meta Quest, the team loved the experience. It’s a game where you and up to three other friends don Exo Suits and fight colossal Titan enemies.
As the review states: “Exploring the variety of airborne abilities you have on offer is truly a fun experience in VR. When coupled with a level design that allows you to flex those muscles and find shortcuts or alternate routes at every turn, you’ll have lots of fun simply putting together a plan for verticality and executing it.”
What’s Next for Titan Isles?
Initially, it’s the PSVR 2 launch, of course. But Pystec Games has confirmed that plans are underway to support Steam Frame when it comes out. When that’ll happen is unknown. As Valve recently announced, the ongoing issues with RAM and storage pricing have created volatility in the market, slightly delaying its launch plans.
When it comes to Titan Isles itself, Psytec Games is continually rolling out updates and patches, adding new features like a New Game+ mode.
