Cooperative multiplayer has proven to be incredibly popular with VR gamers. Looking for a slice of this action is Friendly Fire Studios’ upcoming shooter A Long Survive, pitting players against waves of deadly aliens.

What is A Long Survive?
As the name suggests, the idea here is to survive as long as possible, pitting up to four players against overwhelming alien attacks. Players take on the role of a Space Corp soldier, all tasked with defending an item called the Nexus. To do this, players must fortify their position, manage their resources carefully and prepare for combat.
Before diving in, players will be able to select from one of four unique soldier types. Each will have their own special abilities, as well as being able to unlock new skills, weapons and structures as they progress through the missions.
As for the fortifications, players will be able to build an assortment of offensive and defensive structures. Build walls to provide cover and slow each assault, or build turrets to maximise the firepower in key areas.

Launch Details
Currently, A Long Survive is scheduled to launch for Meta Quest and PCVR headsets in Q4 2025. The game is available to wishlist now on Steam and the Horizon Store.
