There are plenty of co-op games in VR, but not as many that mix in comedy elements. Titles like Cook-Out and SpaceteamVR come to mind, but later this year, a new game aims to tickle that funny bone – if it’s not too scary! Flat Head Studios recently announced its next title, Deadly Delivery for Meta Quest and PCVR. Mixing comedy, horror and co-op elements, Deadly Delivery could supply a unique experience later this year.

Out for a Deadly Delivery

In Deadly Delivery, you – and up to 3 other players – are a stream of goblins tasked with delivering parcels deep into mines. Naturally, these mines are dark and very dangerous, with all manner of monsters trying to hamper your ability to hit your quota.

Using less-than-desirable equipment, you and your team need to be fast to survive the horrors that await. All in a bid to “pay back your student loans.”

No mission is ever quite the same thanks to procedurally generated tunnels. And the physics-based gameplay means handling those parcels is no simple feat.

Those who want to get into the delivery action early can join the game’s Discord, which will be offering closed beta access.
