Resist, the high-speed, action-packed open-world VR adventure, is now available for PSVR 2. The game original launched for Meta Quest headsets back in 2021, followed by PC VR in 2022. Both of these editions are very highly regarded. Now, PSVR 2 owners can get in on the action with this brand new edition.

This new release of Resist for PSVR 2 is being touted as the ‘definitive edition’. According to The Binary Mill, it adds enhanced visual fidelity, performance, and immersion. The game has been designed to take advantage of PSVR 2’s technology to deliver the most visceral and dynamic version of the game yet.

A Warm Reception
Set in a dystopian future, Resist puts players in the shoes of Sam Finch. A skilled rebel fighting against an authoritarian regime. With fluid locomotion including parkour-style movement, and intense first-person combat, players will swing through towering skyscrapers, battle deadly enemies, and uncover the secrets of Concord.
Reviews for the original Meta Quest edition of the game rate it very highly, while the SteamVR release has a ‘Very Positive’ rating. While the PSVR 2 edition of the game receive the same kind of welcome? Time will tell.
