Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR: Everything You Need to Know

2023 is set to finish with a flurry of big VR games, one of which is Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR. Built from the ground up for VR gaming, the launch will bring one of Ubisoft’s biggest and longest-running franchises into VR. Featuring the same wall-to-wall action as its flatscreen cousins, here’s everything you need to know about the VR edition.

Firstly, there are a lot of Assassin’s Creed fans out there, so the development team has ensured the VR edition retains those classic traits. Parkour is a big element in the franchise and that still remains. Players can run and jump across rooftops, climb buildings and leap into hay bales. This is then combined with the stealth combat abilities everyone loves. So you’ll be able to leap from buildings and kill enemies with the hidden blade.

What is brand new for the franchise is the ability to embody three different assassins. Players get to uncover new memories from Ezio Auditore, Kassandra, and Connor, so they’ll encounter three different eras. All in a bid to stop Abstergo from gaining the power to manipulate people’s beliefs.
