FuturLab has announced that PowerWash Simulator VR will be splash landing on to Meta Quest headsets next month. Players who pre-order PowerWash Simulator VR ahead of release date will receive a pair of exclusive cat-themed in-game gloves at launch.
PowerWash Simulator VR builds on the original through a host of VR-specific features. Precise 1:1 motion control is delivered through the Quest Touch controllers. 360-degree immersion means the town of Muckingham has never felt more alive. Other new features exclusive to the VR version include changing outfits and equipment from the back of the van. And changing nozzles can be done on the fly with the all-new tool belt.
PowerWash Simulator VR brings all the base game content from the PC and console versions. This includes co-op multiplayer.
PowerWash Simulator VR Release Date
“We’ve dreamt of bringing PowerWash Simulator to VR since its conception and are so excited to finally announce a release date,” said Kirsty Rigden, Co-CEO of FuturLab. “Soon players will be able experience Muckingham from a whole new angle by reaching, crouching, and getting up close and personal with dirt. With assistance from nDreams, we’re thrilled to be able to carve out this virtual space for our community to relax, wash away their worries, or just kick back with friends.”
“FuturLab have done an amazing job bringing the soothing joy of PowerWash Simulator to VR,” said David Corless, VP of Publishing at nDreams.
PowerWash Simulator VR has a release date set for 2nd November, 2023. At present, the game looks set to be exclusive to the Meta Quest Store. It will be compatible with Meta Quest 3, Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest Pro. Would you like to see the game come to other formats? PCVR or PSVR 2, perhaps?
