FuturLab and nDreams recently revealed PowerWash Simulator VR, a Meta Quest 2 edition of the popular relaxation game. The partnership, announced at the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase, has now been confirmed as debuting the title before the end of 2023.
PowerWash Simulator VR brings all of the good clean fun and base game content from the smash hit PC and console versions. Furthermore, it adds an extra layer of immersion and interactivity to busting dirt through the power of VR. FuturLab have collaborated with VR veterans nDreams, creators of the upcoming Synapse, to bring the game to market.
“PowerWash Simulator has always been about putting relaxation and satisfaction into the hands of the players. We are pleased to be able to make this happen not only figuratively, but literally!” said Chris Mehers, COO at FuturLab. “A VR version of the game has been highly requested by the community since early on in development, so we are excited to finally be able to announce this news.”

Wielding the power washer and blasting away grime will surely feel even more satisfying in VR. This is in no end aided by precise 1:1 control. This will make even the dirtiest of jobs a breeze. Players can get physical and tackle those hard-to-reach dirty spots like never before. Stretch up, kneel and leaning in to every nook and cranny. Or sit back and take the pressure off by washing their troubles away in the super-soothing simulator.

As stated above, the game has been confirmed for a 2023 release. At present, the game has only been announced for Meta Quest 2. It is likely that it will also be compatible with Meta Quest 3. Moreover, nDreams has a strong relationship with Sony Interactive Entertainment. Could a PSVR 2 version also be in the works?
