Ever wanted a VR game that the whimsical nature of Monkey Ball with the mechanics of Gorilla Tag? Well, wonder no more as Agera Games and Vertigo Games are set to release TOSS! for Quest 2, as well as PC VR and PSVR 2 later this year.
TOSS! is a physical platformer where you’re a monkey trying to collect bananas across a multitude of jungle-gym playgrounds. As you are a monkey, navigating these areas involve agility and timing. Leaping from platform to platform, you not only need to make sure you have a firm grip but also collect enough tasty bananas!

A single-player experience, TOSS! features 75+ playgrounds across 9 vibrant cloudscape biomes. Filled with parkour-style action, levels are timed so the challenge is to complete them as fast as possible. In the Time Attack mode, you’ll want to find as many bananas as possible or master as few grabs as possible in each round.
As you progress you’ll be able to unlock modifiers like Zero Gravity and Double Toss. Additionally, TOSS! might be single-player but you can compete against others by time and rank thanks to a global leaderboard.
TOSS! will be available for Meta Quest 2, PSVR 2 and PC VR from 7th September 2023. You can wishlist the game on all supported platforms now.
This isn’t the only game coming from Vertigo Games in 2023. The VR developer and publisher behind After the Fall, Unplugged VR and Maskmaker recently announced Arizona Sunshine 2 which made its debut during the PSVR 2 PlayStation Showcase. Also on the roster are puzzle adventure The 7th Guest and roguelike combat title Hellsweeper VR by Mixed Realms.
