Super AC made their VR debut last year with the launch of Cinescape VR. Not content stopping there, the studio has announced its next VR game, Sky Legends: An Aeropostal Epic, will land on Meta Quest and PC VR this Spring.

Become a Legend of the Sky in VR

In Sky Legends: An Aeropostal Epic, you will embody the legendary figures of the first airmail routes. From Dakar to Buenos Aires, via Casablanca and Natal, you’ll brave storms, treacherous terrain, and hostile regions to deliver the mail. No matter the cost.

According to Super AC, each mission will challenge your skill and nerves, while immersing you in a deeply human story filled with friendship, drama, and heroic feats. The game isn’t just about the realistic cockpit recreations and flying the planes; it’s a story-lead adventure.

2026: The Year of the VR Flight Simulator

Inspired by true stories from the early days of airmail, told across six chapters, the game sees you take on the roles of characters with unique skills. You’ll of course play as pilots, but also mechanics, factory managers, and business leaders. The game features faithfully recreated biplanes and iconic aircraft from the 1920s and 1930s, with which you’ll have to manage your fleet to ensure your airline’s growth and survival.

This is very different to a typical VR flight simulator. As XRSource has already reported, 2026 is bringing a wealth of flight simulators to VR. Yet Sky Legends: An Aeropostal Epic stands to offer something different from the pack.

Sky Legends: An Aeropostal Epic Launch Plans

Set to launch this Spring, Sky Legends: An Aeropostal Epic is currently confirmed for Meta Quest and PC VR. There’s no specific release date at present, though Super AC has suggested this information will arrive soon. There’s also no mention of a PSVR2 version currently, sadly.
