Waltz of the Wizard Update
Waltz of the Wizard will expand even further on 27th October, 2025, with the release of the Skully’s Fantastic Fails major content update. This update features even more magical wonders to experience. The contents of the update revealed so far follow below, verbatim from Waltz of the Wizard developers Aldin Dynamics.
“Skully’s Fantastic Fails” New Features
- A brand-new rocket launch section in the Courtyard where players can engage in wild experiments with Skully.
- Hundreds of new reactions and voicelines!
- A slew of new events in the Tower, including totally weird things that Igor and Milton can do.
- A fully redesigned menu with a detailed in-game Waltz Codex filled with information and discoveries.
Skully’s Fantastic Fails will be available same-day on iOS, Steam and Meta Quest. The update will arrive later this year on PlayStation 5 and PSVR2.
iOS Edition
Yes, that’s right! Keen readers will have noted that we stated above this Waltz of the Wizard update is also coming to iOS. This is due to the fact that Aldin Dynamics are set to launch an iOS edition of the game on the same date, 27th October, 2025.
The iOS edition of the game will feature an exclusive ‘Reality Mode’. This allows you to interact with the in-game world in AR. The game will even recognise your facial input, allowing you to wink at Skully, play hide-and-seek, and find many other secret interactions.
