Les Mills XR Bodycombat Gameplay

Les Mills XR Bodycombat has steadily expanded since launch, evolving from a rhythm-driven fitness experience into a broader VR training ecosystem. The combination of gamified systems with true fitness gains led to Les Mills XR Bodycombat becoming one of XRSource’s top picks for the best VR fitness games available in 2025.

The game features structured workouts, technique-based scoring, and distinct environments. This has lead to Les Mills XR Bodycombat carving out a space for players who want a more intentional approach to VR fitness. The new – and final – DLC for the game, Focus Mode, continues that direction. It introduces a new mechanic designed to help players concentrate on form, timing, and performance during high-intensity sessions.

The highlight of the DLC is the addition of a new mechanic that places players in a heightened performance state. Within this mode, the interface reduces visual distractions, points are doubled, and the session emphasizes rhythm, accuracy, and sustained effort. The goal is not simply to make workouts harder, but to offer a tool for improving consistency and movement quality. Focus Mode is positioned as an advanced-level option, suitable for those who already understand the core mechanics of Les Mills XR Bodycombat and want sessions that demand more concentration.

The DLC also includes a new setting: the Space Station environment. Rather than serving as purely decorative scenery, the backdrop adjusts as the player progresses through a workout. For players who enjoy variety in their VR workout spaces, the Space Station adds another option that feels different from the more grounded environments in the base game.

The new DLC also adds eight new workouts and a selection of new premium cosmetic items. These include futuristic gloves and a themed training platform that matches the Space Station environment.

Multi-Format Done Right

With the Focus Mode DLC now available on Steam, PlayStation Store, and Meta Quest, the experience is fully aligned across major XR ecosystems. This ensures that players moving between platforms have access to the same training features and environments.

This kind of parity is surprisingly rare in VR. Whether you’re playing on Meta Quest, PSVR 2 or PC VR, you’ll have access to the same content across all platforms. This means if you’ve double-dipped, your intended fitness schedule won’t be broken by missing content.
