After a roadmap was unveiled in 2023, fans won’t have long to wait until the next content drop. VOIDSLAYER will be the next collection to arrive for Pistol Whip, with three scenes landing in June.

Pistol Whip Studio Has Two VR Games in Development Avoiding “Having everything in one basket”
It can be surprising to think that one of the best rhythm-action games for VR headsets, Pistol Whip has been around for over four years. Even more surprising is that developer Cloudhead Games hasn’t released another game since. Diligently working on continual updates and new content. So what else has the Pistol Whip studio been up to? Pistol Whip Free DLC Coming Next Month
Cloudhead Games has revealed the release date for the next free DLC for their award-winning Pistol Whip. The Elixir of Madness! collection consists of three all-new Scenes, with the first becoming available via free update on 5th October, 2023.
Pistol Whip Roadmap Unveiled, New VR Project Teased
2023 sees Cloudhead Games celebrating 10 years in the VR industry. Having initially created games like The Gallery: Call of the Starseed, the studio found huge success with rhythm-action shooter Pistol Whip. Continually supporting the game with new features and scenes, Cloudhead Studio has just released a new Pistol Whiproad map. Furthermore, a new VR project is in the works.
Pistol Whip Quest 1 Support to End
Continuing XR Source’s coverage of VR developers ending their support for the original Meta Quest, Pistol Whip joins the ranks. In a statement this week, Cloudhead Games confirmed that Pistol Whip Quest 1 support is coming to an end in the next couple of months.
