Most VR co-op games tend to go down the normal route of online matchmaking. However, not all choose this route. There are some that throw caution to the wind to focus on a unique multiplayer experience. Titles like Acron: Attack of the Squirrels and Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes come to mind.
