Yesterday’s announcement of the revised Apple Vision Pro caught many off guard. For months we’ve been hearing rumours ranging from a smaller, less powerful ‘Air’ or ‘Lite’ model, to a beefed up ‘2’, right up to the project being cancelled altogether. What we actually got was a remodelled edition, with the M5 processor and a new headstrap. Moreover, with compatibility for PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers, Apple has assured that the Apple Vision Pro M5 edition will bring a ‘new class’ of immersive gaming.
