A couple of months ago, Cyan Worlds confirmed the return of classic puzzler Riven. Being rebuilt for flatscreen and VR gaming, there was no confirmation regarding specific headsets other than the listing appearing on Steam. This week, Riven has appeared on the Metas Quest store, alongside a launch window.

Riven Remake Coming to VR in 2024
When it comes to 90s’ puzzle classics, Cyan Worlds’ Myst (1993) and sequel Riven (1997) are at the top of that list. The former had a VR remake a few years ago and will soon be its successor’s turn. Cyan has confirmed that a Riven remake is set to arrive in 2024.
Myst Joins Meta Quest 1 Support Exodus
Last week Zenith: The Lost City developer Ramen VR announced that it would be dropping support for the original Oculus Quest. But it isn’t the only game to make this announcement. Cyan has said that puzzle adventure Myst will also join the Quest 1 exodus later this year.
Firmament Makes it Long-Awaited PC VR Debut Soon
Puzzle-adventure Firmament has been one of XR Source’s eagerly anticipated games for a while now. Developed by Cyan – the studio behind Myst – the title originally began as a Kickstarter campaign in 2019. Four years later and it’s almost ready for release, with Firmament making its PC VR debut in May.
